In 2011, MAGCOOP Shop and Café at Times Plaza Building was opened to offer members affordable training uniforms, Magsaysay-branded merchandise and food.

In succeeding years, other stores were opened at:
• Magsaysay Building, Crew & Family Affairs lobby 2nd floor Antonino Building
• Magsaysay Institute of Shipping
• MAGCOOP House
